Ok we'll see if that ever looks right... it's really fuzzy but you can kinda get the gist... on the far right is where I started in October... That was at 280lbs... The Red spot is a star marking my first 5lbs of loss and then each consecutive loss of 5lbs is pink star. The line in the middle is my 10% mark (-28) and the brownish splotch right on that line on the rightish side is when i *hit* the 10% mark and then the larger green splotch (star) is when i hit my -25lbs point. and I think it's pretty obvious that the smaller green splotches (squares) are just my weigh in each week.
What can I say... April sucked... but May is doing pretty shiny right now. Last week I lost 1.2lbs and while I didn't eat as much crap, I still didn't eat perfect, but at the same time I exercised... but not as much as the week before, and although I felt ucky and sleepy this morning I still went to the gym and worked out for 45minutes before my meeting and was feeling pretty spiffy for my weigh in, after which I promptly wolfed down a propell and a large container of watermelon.... suppose it could have been worse, but oh well. Right now I'm feeling like getting something mexican to eat, and no.... homemade just doesn't do it for me, we've got coupons for Chevy's so I think I'll drag dave there for our Saturday date... :)
Kitties got to go outside today for a bit, but golly it's hot. It was over 80 this morning when I got home from my meeting at 1030am and there were people in our swimming pool already (i'm assuming they are also tenants) But I'm thinking nap or lunch....
We had the missionaries over for dinner last night and we had bbq hamburgers with corn on the cob and rootbeer floats.... I was pretty good and only had 1 burger while the guys had two and then I had diet rootbeer instead of regular... but they didn't drink as much soda as I though so I've got about 75% of regular Mug & A&W left on my table... sad to say, I'll probably drink it... THOUGH... maybe I could make something in the freezer with if it I had little forms for making Popsicles...
Well... I'm gonna head out and try to get motivated to do something, It's hot... and nap sounds really good. ciao
